Bronson Portrait

Portrait assignment mixing a portrait with another element, and that could be anything. I chose to do a portrait of Tom Hardy as infamous English criminal Charles Bronson from the movie "Bronson." In various scenes, the movie cuts from the plot to show Bronson on stage in a tuxedo narrating the next chapter of his life in various different face paints as if the host of a show. One particular time he has an argument with himself as one side is painted to resemble a female while the other is unpainted.

I wanted to make a silhouette style portrait of Tom Hardy's Bronson when he has the argument with himself as the way the scene is shot, Hardy is always in the profile. It is such a strange and yet funny scene that really contradicts the rest of the movie.
